“Good to Know”

• The Logic:
  • UK vs US: A UK size is typically 0.5 to 1 full size smaller than a US Men’s size.
  • Men vs Women (US): A US Women’s size is exactly 1.5 sizes larger than the equivalent Men’s size.
• Fit Variance: Even with a converter, sizes can vary by brand. Always check individual manufacturer’s “Fit Guides” where possible, especially for athletic or high-end footwear.
• Measure by mm: If you are unsure, many modern size charts also include “Mondopoint” (the length of the foot in millimeters), which is the most accurate way to measure.
